Isle Connect You

 

Isle Connect You organise and host coffee mornings across the Isle of Sheppey.  It is a wonderful way to connect with each other and enjoy conversations.

We also offer garden gate get togethers where coordinators will meet outside and start working on a wellbeing plan to support our people to become more independent and confident.  We offer many exciting activities and daytrips out and about.
