Our ethos is to talk about men’s mental health and get past the taboo that men don’t feel or talk about problems they may be encountering.

Reach out, you are not alone.

Men are notorious for not sharing their feelings or how they are feeling mentally – Mentalk is aiming to help break that taboo. We offer men a safe space to talk to their peers about anything that concerns them. Meeting on a weekly basis at the Healthy Living Centre in Sheerness Mentalk is available to all men over the age of 18, no referral is necessary. So come along for a cup of tea or coffee and a chat it could be the first step on your way to good mental health!
