Starting exercise can be a daunting task, especially if you have a health or mobility condition, sustained an injury, need to build your strength back up or even never exercised before!
If you are unable to sustain a standing class or you are a bit wobbly on your feet, then WOBBLE is the perfect class for you, it’s fun and engaging with some great iconic music to keep you motivated.
The essences of the class is to build, strength, confidence and suppleness these are all attributes you need to regain or sustain your mobility, relieve aches and pains, stresses and strain and reduce isolation.
Once you have built your strength back up or you can remain standing for the majority of a 45min class then PARACISE can be your next step or your 1st, depending where you are on your journey.
Following on with the fun and Iconic music, Paracise will continue/start to build those core muscles to keep you stable and toned, as well as raising the heart rate to increase circulation and improve your fitness.
Don’t worry there is no floorwork involved so you don’t have to worry about getting up and down if you struggle with it, however it will help you to improve the muscles that will enable you to do this in your everyday life.
Amanda teaches both of these classes so you can follow your journey alongside her all the way through, she also has a fabulous class that you could continue your journey on with that is a bit more energetic called JUST JHOOM which also has great music and is full of fun.
Amanda has been teaching on the Island for many years and has a wealth of experience that will put your mind at ease and help to build your confidence.
