Testimonials

We are extremely grateful to Sheppey Matters and the Everyday Active Champion Programme, who, in partnership with Parkinson’s UK, have established a highly successful exercise class for people living with Parkinson’s in an underserved area. Exercise is vital for people living with Parkinson’s, and this class helps them stay active and mobile. The class is thriving and is greatly valued by the Parkinson’s community on the Isle of Sheppey.
