Summer Action at Creed

Our young people had a fantastic day out at Creed outdoor Activity Centre.

The young people faced many challenges including the high ropes, climbing wall, axe throwing and archery.

Many of the young people faced their own fears and built up their confidence and self esteem through accomplishing these activities.

During lunch they chatted and built positive relationships. They were a great support to each other and gave encouragement when some felt they could not achieve. The physical side and being in the fresh air helped with mental health and wellbeing.

The young people really enjoyed themselves and were full of pride and self confidence.
