Forward Trust provides free, confidential support for people affected by drug or alcohol use. Services include one-to-one support, recovery planning, harm reduction, family support and help to build a healthier future.
ROAR supports people in recovery from addiction by helping them rebuild confidence, improve wellbeing and reconnect with their communities through peer support, activities and recovery-focused programmes.
Cocaine Anonymous (Sheerness- Eastchurch)
