A friendly community supporting people experiencing loneliness, anxiety and poor mental health through peer support, social activities and opportunities to connect with others in a safe, welcoming environment.

 

 

 

 

MenTalk Health

A peer support charity dedicated to improving men’s mental health. MenTalk provides safe, informal groups where men can talk openly, build friendships and access support without judgement.

 

 

Live Well Kent

Free mental health and wellbeing support for adults across Kent. Live Well Kent offers one-to-one support, wellbeing coaching, group activities and help to improve confidence, resilience and overall wellbeing.

 

 

 

Kent & Medway Talking Therapies

A free NHS service providing talking therapies for adults experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, panic, PTSD, OCD and other common mental health difficulties. Self-referrals are welcome without needing to see your GP first.
